Maria won over the judges with her dishes of Chicken Enchiladas with Coleslaw and Strawberry Cheesecake.
Pinch Salt & Pepper
Fry onion, pepper add all the other ingredients.
Return the chicken and cook for 20 mins.
Put even amounts onto a tortilla wrap and place on tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top and baked uncovered in oven for 10 mins.
Double cream (light)
Jelly (not flavoured)
Strawberries (to decorate)
Make the base with the digestives and butter and refrigerate.
Then with an electric mixer mix the double cream, Philadelphia, jam and jelly until smooth.
Then cover the biscuit base leave to set.
Decorate once the cheesecake is set.
